Dots Presents Sick Leave
About This Event
On Saturday April 25th, Dots Bay House welcomes a full takeover from Colombo collective Sick Leave.
Formed by three friends: Sturdy, &REW and Kdptm, Sick Leave has quickly become one of the most exciting movements in Sri Lanka’s underground. Built out of a desire to push beyond the mainstream, the collective is rooted in community, experimentation and a genuine love for the dance floor.
Their parties are known for bringing together a tightly curated crowd and a wide spectrum of sounds, from stripped-back minimal and house to deeper, more left-leaning selections, always driven by energy and intention. What started as a small idea has grown into a series of standout takeovers across the island, with a clear focus on creating safe, expressive spaces where the music comes first.
For this special night at Dots, all three founders come together behind the booth, delivering a full-spectrum journey shaped by their shared vision and individual styles.
One collective. Three founders. No rules.
